Course CDE Survey »
In this lecture, the principles of periodontal plastic microsurgery, such as: first-intention healing, delicate tissue manipulation and precise technical performance (which are also applicable to peri-implant surgical techniques), will be discussed. Throughout the presentation, all aspects of the step-by-step surgical protocol will be detailed: the preparation of the recipient area, micro-incisions, flap preparation, graft harvesting and the geometry of microsuturing. Based on these biological aspects and combining precision and magnification, the surgeon will be able to achieve more predictable and aesthetic results.
